Privacy Policy

Our Commitment

Talonyx Inc. ("Talonyx," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of Alberta. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding that information.

Talonyx is responsible for all personal information under its control. We have designated a Privacy Officer who is accountable for our compliance with PIPEDA and Alberta PIPA. We apply this Policy to all personal information collected through our websites and services, and we require our third-party service providers to maintain comparable privacy protections.

We collect only the personal information necessary for the identified purposes. We do not collect information indiscriminately.

What we do not collect: The ORILink SDK runs locally on your systems. Talonyx does not collect telemetry, usage data, enforcement logs, or any other data generated by the SDK during operation. Your agents' activity data never leaves your infrastructure.

We use personal information only for the purposes identified above. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

06 — Accuracy

We take reasonable steps to ensure personal information is accurate, complete, and up to date for the purposes for which it is used. You may request correction of inaccurate information by contacting us at support@talonyx.ai.

We protect personal information with security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. These include technical measures (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, secure infrastructure) and organizational measures (limited access to personal information on a need-to-know basis). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We make information about our privacy policies and practices available upon request. This Privacy Policy is publicly available at talonyx.ai/privacy.

Upon written request, we will inform you of the existence, use, and disclosure of your personal information and provide you with access to that information, subject to limited exceptions permitted by PIPEDA and Alberta PIPA. If you have a concern or complaint about our privacy practices, please contact our Privacy Officer at support@talonyx.ai. We will investigate and respond to all complaints. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta at oipc.ab.ca.

11 — Children

Our websites and products are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

12 — Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the version number and effective date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email where we have your contact information on file.
