Our Commitment
Talonyx Inc. ("Talonyx," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of Alberta. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding that information.

01 — Accountability
Talonyx is responsible for all personal information under its control. We have designated a Privacy Officer who is accountable for our compliance with PIPEDA and Alberta PIPA. We apply this Policy to all personal information collected through our websites and services, and we require our third-party service providers to maintain comparable privacy protections.
02 — Identifying Purposes
We collect personal information only for the following identified purposes:
- To process purchases of the ORILink SDK and deliver license keys and download links
- To respond to waitlist registrations and notify subscribers of product availability
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact forms
- To maintain records of EULA acceptance for license compliance
- To send transactional communications including purchase confirmations and software update notifications
- To operate and improve our websites
We identify the purpose for collecting personal information at or before the time of collection.
03 — Consent
We collect, use, and disclose personal information only with your knowledge and consent, except where required or permitted by law. Consent may be express (such as checking a box to accept our EULA) or implied (such as providing your email address to receive a download link). You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, by contacting us at support@talonyx.ai. Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to provide certain services.
04 — Limiting Collection
We collect only the personal information necessary for the identified purposes. We do not collect information indiscriminately.
We collect:
- Name and email address when you submit a waitlist or contact form
- Name and email address when you purchase the ORILink SDK
- Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored by Talonyx
- Standard infrastructure data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting and CDN providers as part of normal service delivery
What we do not collect: The ORILink SDK runs locally on your systems. Talonyx does not collect telemetry, usage data, enforcement logs, or any other data generated by the SDK during operation. Your agents' activity data never leaves your infrastructure.
05 — Limiting Use, Disclosure, and Retention
We use personal information only for the purposes identified above. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the identified purposes or as required by law:
- Waitlist submissions: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Purchase records and EULA acceptance logs: retained for the duration required by applicable law and for license compliance purposes
- Contact form submissions: retained for a reasonable period to address your inquiry
We use the following third-party service providers who are given access only to the personal information necessary to perform their services:
- Vercel — website hosting (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
- Supabase — database storage (supabase.com/privacy)
- Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy)
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Cloudflare — DNS and CDN (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy)
06 — Accuracy
We take reasonable steps to ensure personal information is accurate, complete, and up to date for the purposes for which it is used. You may request correction of inaccurate information by contacting us at support@talonyx.ai.
07 — Safeguards
We protect personal information with security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. These include technical measures (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, secure infrastructure) and organizational measures (limited access to personal information on a need-to-know basis). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08 — Openness
We make information about our privacy policies and practices available upon request. This Privacy Policy is publicly available at talonyx.ai/privacy.
09 — Individual Access
Upon written request, we will inform you of the existence, use, and disclosure of your personal information and provide you with access to that information, subject to limited exceptions permitted by PIPEDA and Alberta PIPA. To request access, contact us at support@talonyx.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention obligations
- Withdraw consent to collection and use
10 — Challenging Compliance
If you have a concern or complaint about our privacy practices, please contact our Privacy Officer at support@talonyx.ai. We will investigate and respond to all complaints. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta at oipc.ab.ca.
11 — Children
Our websites and products are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12 — Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the version number and effective date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email where we have your contact information on file.
